Description

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support our team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to help achieve departmental goals. This position is onsite, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative assistance, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

Handle document imaging, indexing, and routing for electronic files to ensure proper organization and accessibility.

Maintain and update files, following established procedures and quality standards.

Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and organizing physical and electronic files.

Accurately entering data into systems and maintaining organized records for easy access when needed.

Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and support operational goals.

Perform additional clerical duties as needed to support overall department operations.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks to uphold organizational standards.

Managing inventory and ordering supplies or equipment as needed to ensure the operational needs are met

Requirements

Must have at least 3+ years of office experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently under moderate supervision.

Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems and tools.

Familiarity with customer service and administrative assistance practices.
