Our client, a leader in administrative-support services, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the marketing team supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cooperate Admin

Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Regularly update Salesforce contacts, accounts, and opportunities.

Manage all business development calendars on Monday.com and in Outlook.

Organize and coordinate gift-giving for clients and staff on special occasions.

Conduct research to identify suitable venues for company events and meetings.

Assist in planning and managing internal events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
