Role Overview:

As an Outside Window Sales Consultant, your goal is to attend pre-set, pre-confirmed, in-home sales appointments with homeowner clients and enroll them into the program that best-helps them replace the original, builder-grade windows on their home. The objective of these consultations is to support homeowner decision-makers looking to increase the safety, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and equity of their homes through our energy efficient replacement windows. Your inner belief in the massive value we offer through our replacement windows will propel you to build real and lasting rapport and turn cold leads into buying clients in as many homes as you find yourself in. Your skills in building rapport, clear communication, diligence, and product knowledge will help you maintain a healthy sales pipeline of appointments that convert into successful sales and installations.

We offer to support your efforts as an In-home Sales Professional by providing our in-depth knowledge of replacement windows and expert salesmanship practices, ensuring you're fully equipped to serve homeowners at the highest level. Lastly, we offer an aggressive compensation package tailored to your individual experience, qualifications, and interview performance that includes revenue sharing, commissions, tiered bonuses, overrides, and more!

We're looking for candidates who will:

- Close/enroll homeowners on replacement windows on pre-set sales consultation appointments.
- Be resilient in the face of daily rejection, and remain positive and productive.
- Educate homeowners on the advantages of replacement window solutions.
- Participate actively in daily sales team training sessions and meetings.
- Provide an unmatched customer experience through thorough follow-up.
- Regularly meet and surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Position Requirements:

- Previous door to door experience not required, but preferred.
- If you do not have at least 1 year with previous in-home closing experience in Window Sales (If you have considerable sales experience in home services a fast track will be made available), you will be referred to our Entry-level Outside Appointment Setter Position Candidate pool. That role promotes into this role.
- Availability for flexible full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week) in the morning and evenings according to homeowner availability.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency is an asset!
- Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs.
- Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.

Details regarding compensation will be discussed during the interview process, taking into account your qualifications, background, and alignment with the role's expectations. Compensation includes commissions, bonuses, revenue shares, and managerial bonuses.
