Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday

Location: Remote

Salary: $172,952.00 - $244,168.00 (per year)

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

Responsibilities

Please note that while our 340B Director position is considered Remote, candidate should reside within Indiana with ability to come on site periodically as needed.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with all areas of 340B program.

Ensures policies and procedures are implemented according to regional, national, state and federal guidelines.

Ensures that audits follow current regulatory compliance recommendations and are completed at the facility level

Ensures that 340B program analysts are able to complete evaluations of gaps at the facility level and assist in providing the tools necessary to be compliant with the 340B program

Lead regional 340B oversight committee(s).

Lead projects, councils, and special initiatives related to 340B, compliance, auditing functions and vendor selection.

Keep abreast of regulations, trends, and issues pertaining to the 340B program.

Provide expertise to staff and participants with the 340B program regarding ongoing compliance with the 340B program.

Conduct 340B Program training for staff.

Develop and maintain internal relationships (accounting, legal, national) and external relationships (wholesalers, contract pharmacies and splitter software vendors as needed).

Assess and communicate opportunities for program optimization and cost savings.

Oversight of Health System 340B Program Analysts

Lead and/or actively contribute to development and implementation of optimization strategies

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure required relevant to state in

which work is performed

Education:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required

Work Experience:

5 years of experience required.

2 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required OR a graduate from an accredited

Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.

Additional Preferences

Bachelor's degree in business or health related field

Degree in Pharmacy Preferred

5+ years of experience with federal 340B Drug Pricing Program

5+ years of experience in health care system OR graduate from an accredited pharmacy residency program

2+ years cumulative leadership or management experience OR graduate from an accredited pharmacy residency program
