The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!
The strategic partnership team focuses on developing and managing strategic operational partner relationships with key partners across product and solutions. The team leverages Zebra's partner ecosystem to accelerate solutions and core technology development, supporting existing markets, engaging in new markets, bringing differentiation and value to customers, and ultimately generating profitable growth.

Responsibilities:
The intern will help drive operational tasks for strategic partner relations and new technology integration across product, engineering, and marketing teams
This includes supporting various functions such as presentations, managing trackers, assisting with marketing efforts, and maintaining dashboards
T he intern will also be involved in event planning and contributing to other strategic projects
A crucial part of the role will be to provide support in the strategy for introducing new technologies, which involves assisting with research and data analysis
The intern will contribute to the development of implementation plans for cutting-edge solutions, accelerating the adoption of new technologies for partners
The interns work will directly help manage partners in the current ecosystem by ensuring high productivity and effectiveness Through this project, the intern will gain valuable insights into dynamic team operations, receive exposure to leadership, and participate in various trainings

Develop team-based work proficiencies
Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN LINCOLNSHIRE, IL. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Engineering or Business
Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026-2028 for undergraduate students or 2026-2028 for graduate students
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Salary: USD 20.50 - USD 38.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
