Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Compliance Lead, CISO

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in program or project management.

10 years of experience Supply Chain Compliance.

5 years of experience conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.

Preferred qualifications:

10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, external auditors, and customers.

Experience in working in Law, Compliance, Assurance, or Audit space.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

Establish a reliable cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management.

Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, external auditors, and customers.

Lead the creation and maintenance of supply chain compliance programs.

Assess regulations in the @context of Google's technical infrastructure, including data centers, networking, servers, software, and supply chains.

Maintain and report operational and Cloud CISO KRIs, adjusting the program based on identified trends and patterns.
