Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Documentation Coordinator to support our construction team in managing project communications and documentation. This role is based in an office environment and involves working extensively with Oracle's Aconex system to ensure the accurate flow of construction-related documents throughout the project lifecycle.

DKey Responsibilities

Maintain and manage construction documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and quality records.

Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Utilize Aconex (Oracle) to track, upload, and organize project communications and documentation.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to support documentation needs throughout the construction process.

Monitor document control workflows and ensure compliance with project standards and protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction-related administrative or document control role.

Proven knowledge of construction documents and submittal handling.

Familiarity with Aconex or similar construction management/document control platforms.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
