Administrative Assistant - Warehouse

Description We are looking for a Warehouse Clerical Assistant on a contract basis to join our team in Random Lake, Wisconsin. This position focuses on supporting warehouse operations through accurate documentation, data entry, and collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in warehouse clerical tasks and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Generate unique Pallet Tag IDs for incoming shipments, materials, and supplies.

Accurately record and document all inbound shipments and materials.

Perform precise data entry of received items into the NetSuite system.

Assist in shipping processes by preparing and sending customer samples.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping and receiving documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Collaborate with warehouse and quality assurance teams to maintain proper tracking and documentation.

Utilize scanning tools to digitize and organize files effectively.

Provide general back-office support to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse clerical role.

Proficiency in using ERP systems, with preference for NetSuite.

Knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping-related documentation.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Familiarity with document scanning and file organization processes. TalentMatch®
