Now Hiring: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Pay Rate: $15-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 1 pm (Position starts as part-time, with potential for full-time growth)

Job Description:

Kelly Services is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our customer in Cedar Rapids, IA. This role involves supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendar/schedule administration.

Assist with new business processing.

Organize and input data into Salesforce.

Schedule appointments, interviews, etc.

Create quarterly newsletters and regular social media posts.

Ideal Candidate:

Has prior administrative experience in a financial business or other professional office setting.

Available to work on-site at their Cedar Rapids office for 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on workload.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM program).

Must successfully pass a drug test and background check as part of pre-employment screening.
