The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!

Responsibilities:
Explore the AI Frontier: Conduct deep dives into the rapidly evolving GenAI market, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs to identify exciting new opportunities for Zebra's product portfolio.
Contribute to Strategic Vision: Assist in developing compelling business cases for novel GenAI applications, helping to articulate their value proposition and potential impact.
Support the GenAI Roadmap: Work alongside experienced product managers to contribute to various stages of the GenAI product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and beyond.
Shape AI-Powered Solutions: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to contribute to the definition and refinement of GenAI-powered solution features and user stories.
Support Go-to-Market Efforts: Assist in preparing for product launches, contributing to internal and external communications, and supporting go-to-market strategies for new GenAI applications.
Research & Evangelize: Conduct research on new AI technologies, help prepare presentations, and contribute to content that showcases the power and potential of Zebra's AI solutions.
Ideate & Innovate: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and new product ideas to the table, helping us push the boundaries of what's possible with Generative AI in the enterprise space.
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN EITHER LINCOLNSHIRE, IL, SAN JOSE, CA, KENNESAW, GA, FRISCO, TX, or HOLTSVILLE, NY. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Computer Engineering, Machine Vision or Artificial Intelligence or similar
Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025-December 2027.
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI or AI skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
Ability to collaborate as part of a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 31.00 - USD 44.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
