Department: Activity Therapy

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday -Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm

Facility: Ascension Living HOPE

Location: Wichita, KS

Salary: $16.60 - $21.24

Responsibilities

Coordinate activity based programs in support of patient care plan.

Coordinate assessment of activity needs to meet individual treatment goals and objectives.

Facilitate and participate in activity-related projects and events.

Keep treatment area clean, safe, and organized.

Perform clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Heart Saver AED preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
