Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$17.50 per hour with a $1 shift premium for 2nd shift and $2.50 shift premium for 3rd shift.

Shifts available:

2nd and 3rd shift available

What's a typical day as Lab Technician? You'll be:

Adjusting and finalizing color submissions using lab equipment, while reporting to the Quality Supervisor.

Measuring and weighing color formula materials to meet customer specifications.

Mixing batches in jars on shakers and producing color chips using injection molding machines for quality control.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Possess the ability to see color accurately (Munsell test will be administered during the interview).

Bring strong number perception, basic math and measurement skills, along with a positive attitude and good verbal communication skills.
