Job Description

We are looking for an qualified Aluminum Die Cast Lead Technician, with at least 2 years' experience, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Die Cast Lead Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining die casting equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality aluminum castings. The technician will also be responsible for operating forklifts to transport materials and finished products. Additionally, the technician will need to have a strong understanding of electrical systems, as well as experience with pneumatics and hydraulics. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as the technician will need to work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Paid Weekly

Starting pay is $25.00/hour

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Day shift 8am-4pm

Monday to Friday

Additional Benefits

Output Production Incentive -- TBD

Begins after 90-days of continuous employment

Paid monthly -- up to $4.00 per hour ($6.00 per OT hour)

Royalty Incentive

5 years of continuous employment

Onetime bonus of $3,000

10 years of continuous employment

Onetime bonus of $8,000

15 years of continuous employment

Onetime bonus of $15,000

Please note that all new hires must pass an employment drug screen prior to beginning work.

Required Skills/Abilities

Must have 2 years' experience as die cast technician, or similar field

Demonstrates all essential Duties & Responsibilities in Die Casting

Ability to troubleshoot die cast process

Start up and shut down die casting machines

Mechanically inclined

Complete die cast machine set ups

Set up and troubleshoot robotic arm operations

Assist entry level operators with technical issues

Supervisory/Leadership Experience

Forklift and overhead crane experience

Die/mold set up

Furnace operation and control

Die Cast process control and adjustment as needed

Lead or supervisory experience preferred
