Executive Assistant

Job Description

The Assistant partners with departments across the school - including Development,

the Business Office, Human Resources, and the Board of Trustees to align efforts with

the President's priorities, streamline communication, and ensure timely completion of

key initiatives. This role requires a high degree of discretion, initiative, and

organizational skill, as well as the ability to manage sensitive and confidential

information with professionalism.

As a representative of the President's Office, the Assistant will often be the first point of

contact for internal and external stakeholders. This requires a warm, professional, and

enthusiastic presence in building and maintaining positive relationships with faculty,

staff, students, parents, alumnae, trustees, donors, and the greater community.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience

required.

? Minimum of 3-5 years in executive administrative support, preferably in

education, non-profit, or mission-driven organizations.

? Experience working with senior leadership, boards, or executives.

? Prior experience with financial aid administration and/or human resources

processes preferred.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage

multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
