Job Title: Accounts Payable ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to oversee supplier onboarding, expense compliance, and purchase order troubleshooting. This role requires strong knowledge of Coupa and end-to-end P2P processes, with openness to candidates experienced in comparable systems such as Ariba or Oracle Procurement.

Responsibilities

Act as the finance approver for new supplier requests.

Review submissions against established criteria, add necessary financial details, and oversee the approval workflow.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier onboarding.

Manage escalated approvals within Concur.

Lead compliance checks on expense reports reviewed by offshore teams.

Resolve non-compliant cases and ensure policy adherence.

Identify and resolve issues within the Coupa P2P process.

Collaborate with procurement to ensure smooth PO creation, approval, and vendor communication.

Monitor the full lifecycle from PO issuance to supplier payment.

Utilize Coupa and other comparable procurement platforms.

Support larger B2B purchasing operations and ensure system integrity across procurement tools.

Essential Skills

Proven experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems.

Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes.

Experience in supplier onboarding and expense compliance.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement and finance teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Accounts payable expertise.

Experience managing Concur travel and expense process including escalations.

Ownership of procure to pay process from PO issuance to supplier payment.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office on Monday, Thursday, and one additional floating day, and 2 days working from home. There is potential flexibility for working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The role does not involve overseeing staff but requires leading processes and being the go-to person for any escalation or issues within the assigned area.

This is a Contract position based out of Parsippany, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
