Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
Join our team as a Construction Laborer, where you will be responsible for performing general labor duties on new construction roofing projects. This role involves hands-on tasks such as removing debris, using shovels, cutting materials, loading carts, hauling trash, assisting with insulation, and maintaining an organized work area.
Responsibilities
Remove debris using shovels and other tools.
Cut and load materials onto carts for transport.
Haul away trash and dispose of it properly.
Assist with laying insulation and attaching materials.
Clean and organize materials and tools to maintain a tidy work area.
Essential Skills
Experience working on a construction job site.
Comfortable using basic hand tools such as shovels.
Ability to perform manual labor, including roofing and concrete work.
Familiarity with power tools and carpentry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in labor-intensive roles like concrete work.
Any roofing experience is a significant advantage.
Capability to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day.

Work Environment

The shift is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days, with potential early morning starts to mitigate heat. Orientation is provided, and compliance includes a drug screen and experience check. Required PPE includes steel-toe boots and appropriate attire; other PPE will be supplied.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
