Our client, a leader in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing, is seeking a Semiconductor Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Semiconductor Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting new product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to engineering challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Semiconductor Electrical Engineer

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon

Pay Range: $50/hr. - $55/hr.

What's the Job?

Debug and resolve EMC issues identified during initial product regulatory compliance testing.

Retrieve and interpret relevant design information to address uncovered EMC challenges.

Develop a plan for in-house debugging and coordinate with external test labs for retesting.

Manage the procurement of test equipment and oversee on-site debugging activities.

Document findings and recommendations in a comprehensive engineering report.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in electrical engineering, particularly in EMC testing and compliance.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

Experience with test equipment and methodologies related to EMC issues.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation.
