Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$23 per hour

This is a 4 month contract opportunity.

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant Overtime Caller? You'll be:

Making proactive calls based on department needs to fill overtime slots effectively.

Documenting all communications with extreme attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Creating schedules for overtime work as needed and managing other administrative duties as required by the department.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Are proficient with computers and phones, with a strong ability to navigate Microsoft Excel.

Are outgoing, a self-starter, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Are comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment, adapting to the unique challenges it presents.
