Your job as a Business Development Manager is to identify sales leads, introduce our staffing and workforce solutions to new clients and maintain a superior working relationship with current clients.

Pay: $45,000 including bonuses and car allowance

Shift: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Full time position

Locations: Dallas Texas and surrounding areas

This is not a remote position

Responsibilities:

Establish, develop and maintain client accounts in your designated territory

Personally, meet with clients and potential clients on a daily and repeated basis

Determine prospect credit-worthiness and target those accounts

Handle customer challenges in a timely and effective manner

Planning and preparing presentations

Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

Requirements:

At least 2 years of B2B sales within the Staffing Industry preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of Staffing/recruiting is a must!

Experienced using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experienced with generating a book of business
