We are hiring immediately for a full time WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position.

Location : 1350 Shorebird Way, Mountain View, CA 94043.

Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement : 1 year of previous administrative experience required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $31.50 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records

Process orders and ensure timely delivery

Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods

Maintain inventory control system

Track and monitor inventory movement

Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts

Resolve inventory discrepancies

Manage warehouse staff and ensure efficient operations

Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Communicate with customers and suppliers

Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse issues

Has a minimum of 2 years applicable Administrative experience.

Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize warehouse operations.
