Inside Sales

Location: Cambria County, PA

Payrate: $18 per hour

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday- 7:30am to 4pm

What will you be doing?**

An Inside Sales role focuses on driving sales remotely, within an office, by engaging with customers through phone, email, or video chat. They are responsible for identifying new leads, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and ultimately closing deals. This role differs from outside sales, which involves face-to-face interactions.

Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and researching potential clients, often through cold calling, marketing campaigns, or online leads.

Needs Assessment: Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.

Product/Service Presentation: Explaining how the company's products or services can solve the client's problems.

Sales Closing: Negotiating and closing deals to generate revenue.

Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with clients, often through ongoing communication and support.

Collaboration: Working with other teams, like marketing and field sales, to develop effective strategies.

Sales Process Management: Managing the sales process from initial contact to closure, including quoting, order processing, and follow-up.

Reporting: Generating sales reports and maintaining records.

Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services

Performs other related duties as assigned.

What are the Job Requirements?

High School Diploma

Drug Test

Criminal Background Check

Must have Sales, Customer Service and Communication Skills

Related experience is preferred
