We're looking for an innovative and proactive AI Coach to join our team and play a transformative role in how we work. As an early adopter and enthusiast of AI tools and workflows, especially Microsoft Copilot, you will partner closely with managers and teams across the business to identify opportunities where AI can simplify, automate, and elevate their day-to-day work. Think of yourself as a strategist, coach, and co-pilot who helps others reimagine what's possible with AI.

Approximately two-thirds of your time will be spent collaborating with internal stakeholders to build practical, sustainable AI-driven solutions. The remaining third will focus on continuous learning, exploring emerging tools, trends, and techniques so you remain ahead of the curve and can educate others effectively.This is an exciting and highly visible role with broad scope, creative freedom, and meaningful impact.

AI Enablement and Coaching

Partner with team leads and functional managers to understand their workflows and pain points.

Identify areas where AI tools, especially across the Microsoft 365 suite, can automate tasks, accelerate processes, or enhance outcomes.

Develop and implement AI-powered solutions (such as prompt libraries, workflows, and toolkits) tailored to team needs using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and similar platforms.

Administer and manage Microsoft Copilot settings, usage metrics, and security configurations in partnership with IT.

Coach teams on effective, ethical, and sustainable use of AI tools in their roles.

Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and use case repositories.

Collaborate closely with IT on tool enablement strategies and execution.

Creative Content Development

Support video, presentation, and content creation needs using tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Copilot, Gamma, and Canva.

Continuous Learning and Exploration

Stay up to date on AI developments including tools, frameworks, best practices, and trends.

Pilot and test emerging technologies and share insights and learnings with internal teams.

Host internal workshops and demos or publish newsletters to support AI fluency across the company.

Contribute to an internal culture of innovation and learning.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of professional experience with a demonstrated enthusiasm for generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI.

Strong expertise using and administering Microsoft Copilot across the M365 suite, with experience building solutions using Copilot Studio.

Comfort working with Copilot admin and settings areas to manage security, usage insights, and adoption metrics.

Creative content building experience using platforms like PowerPoint, Gamma, Canva, and Microsoft Copilot.

Analytical mindset and comfort using data to support decisions and measure outcomes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate user needs into impactful solutions.

A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and actively seeks out ways to add value.

Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make, or with low-code or no-code platforms, is a plus.
