Polisher and buffer - Entry level - pay up to $22/hour.

Location: Anoka, MN.

Responsibilities:

Will be trained and must be willing to learn.

Operate a hand grinder to smooth and polish metal surfaces.

Cut metal to specified lengths using a tape measure.

Perform basic fabrication tasks including brake pressing and spot welding.

Assist in racking metal for painting processes.

Support other departments like assembly, packaging, and paint when required.

Essential Skills:

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through work experience, schooling, or hobbies.

Experience with sheet metal and grinding processes.

Proficiency in using a tape measure and understanding basic math.

Experience with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Experience reading tape measures.

Experience in shop classes such as welding, automotive, woodworking, or machine/tool.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.84 - $22.09/hr.
