Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Location: 2770 W. Washington Street, Stephenville, TX 76401

Schedule: Training: 6 weeks, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; then flexible shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Growth: Opportunity to convert to permanent with career advancement

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You will:

Provide customer support by handling inquiries, orders, and service requests

Work in multiple systems, including Salesforce and SAP (training provided)

Assist customers with order status, pricing, inventory availability, and delivery details

Troubleshoot product/service issues and escalate when needed

Support sales representatives with account management and customer insights

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide customer feedback

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

A college degree or 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or similar)

Strong phone and typing skills , with the ability to multitask

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook (Salesforce or SAP experience is a plus)

A strong customer service orientation and ability to de-escalate challenging interactions

Team-oriented mindset and reliable work ethic

Bilingual Spanish or French skills (a plus, not required)
