What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Assisting customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues to resolve problems efficiently.

Utilizing department tools, resources, and expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Acting as a positive role model by demonstrating solid business skills and supporting department and company objectives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Possess the ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers.

Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and basic math skills.

Have intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
