Job Overview

We're seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative and upbeat team. This role involves supporting customers via phone and in-person, processing orders, and handling clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations-especially around auction days.

Key Responsibilities

Handle approximately 30 customer calls per day

Provide support via mail, phone, and in-person interactions

Process orders and assignments using internal systems

Reference pricing and delivery information

Respond to customer inquiries and requests

Set up and maintain customer records

Perform general clerical duties including word processing and filing

Prepare paperwork for auction day and secure necessary approvals

Assist with various office tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of customer service experience (retail or office)

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (especially spreadsheets)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an office environment

Experience in insurance or claims processing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
