Customer Service Representative

Description

Our client is looking for three temporary employees to work an on-site registration. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and an attentive demeanor, as they will play a key role in assisting with event setup and guest registration.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup of tables and banners in the ballroom before the event begins.

Support the registration process by welcoming guests and efficiently managing check-ins.

Collaborate with event staff to ensure all materials are properly organized and accessible.

Provide clear and effective communication with attendees, addressing inquiries as needed.

Maintain an appearance suitable for a formal event environment.

Ensure proper storage and handling of items during the event.

Utilize tools like Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and record management.

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to event coordination.

Schedule appointments or follow-ups as required during event planning.

Participate in post-event wrap-up duties to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or event support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data management.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Familiarity with email correspondence and order entry.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
