JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of ISC Finance will be at the forefront of strategic financial operations within HSP Americas division. This role requires an individual who possesses strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial processes, supply chain logistics, and operational efficiency. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities for the ISC function, enabling effective decision-making that drives the company's performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Lead the annual budgeting process for the ISC function, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.

Develop and oversee quarterly, monthly, and weekly forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership.

Coordinate with various departments to gather data and prepare comprehensive financial reports that support strategic initiatives.

Operational Efficiency:

Evaluate and improve ISC financial processes to ensure timely, accurate reporting, and responsiveness to business needs

Conduct complex financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings within supply chain operations

Collaborate with operations and supply chain leadership to effectively manage working capital and inventory levels.

Performance Metrics Management

Develop relevant KPIs and metrics to monitor performance across the ISC function.

Implement effective reporting mechanisms to communicate results to senior management and stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Mentor and develop staff, promoting skills enhancement and career growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with other finance teams and business leaders to align financial strategies with operational goals.

Influence cross-functional decision-making processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across supply chains.

Compliance & Governance:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.

Monitor and report on risk and exposure related to financial operations within the ISC domain.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance roles, with a focus on supply chain or manufacturing environments.

Proven experience leading financial operations within a complex organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management and cross-functional teams

Proficient in financial modeling and analytics software; experience with ERP systems is a plus

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
