Power Platform Developer - INTL India

Job Description

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with deep experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online to lead the governance, automation, and development of our Microsoft 365 platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting governance standards, and collaborating with both business stakeholders and IT teams.

You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.

Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.

Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.

Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.

Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.

Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.

Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.

Skills and Requirements

Power App Development

5+ years of experience with governance (setting up environments, DLP policies licensing and being able to admin the environment).

3+ years of hands on experience with developing and troubleshooting Power BI. They must know where the data is coming from (flat file, api, ETC.) null
