Overview:
Boeing Global Services BGS is seeking a Senior Support Integration Specialist to provide support for Oklahoma City, Oklahoma . The candidate selected for this position will work within this engineering capability team to support maintenance engineering activities across multiple programs. As an Integrated Logistics Product Team member, the successful candidate will support the teams RAA (responsibility, accountability and authority) to complete a portion of the ILS teams' combined statement of work and deliverables for multiple programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads establishing support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans
Analyzes engineering designs and design changes to determine maintenance/repair requirements, procedures and instructions
Review product designs and processes to ensure supportability and maintainability
Create systems theory descriptions to ensure common understanding of systems and components
Work closely with engineering, program management, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure logistic support requirements are met.
Develop and support the generation of logistics support documentation, including Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), Product Support Analysis Plan (PSAP), and other logistics supportability analysis (LSA) documents.
Create and lead presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs
Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.
Support the development of technical description and Basis of Estimates (BOE) for new business proposal.
Lead integration planning effort for Product Support Analysis
Participates in organizational activities that influence the Aerospace Industry
Work closely with program management and engineering to accomplish tasks
Participate in or lead in-person and virtual working group meetings
Confidently and professionally work with customers and suppliers
Understand and work within the boundaries of budget and schedule demands
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work collaboratively to reach decisions that are mutually acceptable to multiple engineering and support teams
10% travel will be required to support program activities include site visits.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher plus the below required skills. (Please note less years of experience is required for Masters' (5+) or more years of experience is required with Associates (10+) or only High School (15+))
7+ years' product management experience
7+ years' project management scheduling software (e.g. Azure DevOps, CAMvis, etc.)
Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills
Must have experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
Must have an understanding and interpretation of engineering data with previous experience using Technical Orders to maintain military aircraft
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), LSA, GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-HDBK-502A
Experience with Program Management Best Practices
Project Management Profession (PMP) Certification through PMI
Experience working with technical data to include engineering drawings and specifications
Work with applicable subject matter experts to define Integrated Logistics Support technical approaches and ensure adherence to applicable engineering standards and processes
Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word.
Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area. This includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance.
Experience with cost account management
Experience with logistics or life cycle cost management.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher but will consider an Associates or High School degree with more years in related experience.

bench strength
Pay Range - $106,200 to $130,000
