Data Analyst BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst for an opportunity at Eagan-MN Location! Position Title: Data Analyst Location: Eagan, MN Anticipated Start Date: 09/02/2025 Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. Expected Duration: 3+ months Job Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Hybrid Pay Range: $40/hr to $45/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Key responsibilities: Organize and document over 30 years of historical data Build data pipelines and perform data tracing and aggregation Modernize legacy data processes and workflows Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders clearly and consistently Support continuous improvement efforts in Sales & Operations analytics Required Skills & Experience: Expert-level Excel skills - no handholding needed Proven experience in Sales and Operations analysis Strong organizational ability; able to bring order to messy data Experience consolidating multiple data sources into a common dataset Background in continuous improvement or process optimization Nice to Have: Excel macro/VBA development to automate reporting templates Power Query experience for data transformation Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
