We’re seeking high-energy, people-focused Customer Sales Associates to join our team! This is a direct, face-to-face sales and marketing position located in high-traffic big box retail stores, where you'll represent recognized national brands and help customers make informed buying decisions. What You'll Do

Interact directly with customers in a retail setting to promote and sell products
Deliver engaging product presentations and answer customer questions
Build trust and rapport with customers to create a positive buying experience
Maintain in-store brand presence and merchandise displays
Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales performance
Collaborate with team members and participate in daily team briefings
