Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to support the E7 Program in Tukwila, WA or Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:

Supports preparation, development and coordination of change management plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements

Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to change management plans

Assists customers with risk assessment and development of mitigation or recovery plans

Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of change management plans to support program compliance requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering or Business Operations

Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Experience in using Integrated scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, Enterprise Project Management, Primavera, or a similar tool

Travel: Some travel may be required

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Tukwila, WA - $73,950 - $100,050

Oklahoma City, OK - $63,750 - $86,250
