As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a chemical and petrochemical location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will be expected to respond promptly to any security-related concerns, assist with access control, and communicate clearly and professionally at all times. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor chemical and petrochemical areas for compliance with site protocols and report any irregularities or hazards.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal policies.
Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as directed.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid Guard Card is preferred.
Handcuffing certification is preferred.
Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
