As a Security Professional - Manufacturer Patrols in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as a warehouse and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a large distribution center location within the manufacturing and warehouse sector. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all staff and visitors. You will be a trusted presence, responding to situations as they arise and communicating clearly with both the public and your team. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Mon01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Tue01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Wed01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Thur01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Fri01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures.

Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any potential issues.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
