We are seeking skilled individuals to fill the role of Welding, Soldering, and Brazing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders. Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Prepare and set up welding, soldering, and brazing machines according to specifications. Ensure that machines are calibrated correctly and ready for operation.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any issues encountered during operation. Complete necessary reports and job cards.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities and achieve production targets. Communicate effectively to resolve issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in welding, soldering, or brazing machine operation is preferred. Familiarity with various @types of welding machines and processes is advantageous.
Safety Awareness: Commitment to adhering to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a manufacturing setting with exposure to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures.
