Job Type:Regular Invest in you, Join Agropur. We Dairy You! We are searching for a Warehouse Lead at our Le Sueur, MN location. This position will be on the night shift, Mondays through Fridays, 5 PM to 1 AM. How Agropur Invests in YOU: Hours: M-F, 5 PM to 1 AM Starting pay at $27.00/hr Two pay increases in the first year up to $1.00 $1.50 Shift Differential + Double Time on Sunday Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance 401(k) with up to a 7% company match 3 Weeks PTO 7 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays Paid parental leave Advancement Opportunities Healthy work/life balance Tuition Reimbursement Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient end-of-production line operations and movement of product and inventory throughout warehouse and/or cooler environment. This position provides leadership for warehouse staff related to daily workflow. Ensure accurate inventory accounting; assisting with Monthly and Quarterly inventories. Possess thorough knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and related duties, executing with excellence. Possess thorough knowledge of how warehouse department and shipping & receiving operate. Hold mastery of all job functions in the warehousing area. Train newer employees as appropriate. Proactively communicate warehouse issues involving deficiencies to Warehouse Supervisor/Manager. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and data entry in a timely manner. Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, and immediately report any potential food safety issues to management. Assist Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in scheduling employees, appropriately addressing workflow needs. Assist Supervisor/Manager in monitoring requisitions and the store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Match bills of lading to paper work, container numbers and seal trucks. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three (3) years Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse experience required. Forklift certification required. Slip Sheet Unit/ Powerlift Jack operation experience preferred. Reach truck and pallet jack certification required. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization. Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, establish priorities, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
