Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to assist and support the HR team in managing essential administrative, onboarding, and employee relations functions. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, preparing materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring responses are accurate and timely.

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with drafting and distributing HR communications, policies, and other documentation.

Facilitate recruitment processes by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and handling applicant correspondence.

Support HR programs, such as training and development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.

Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to HR functions.

Oversee the organization of HR files and documentation, ensuring compliance and accessibility as required.

Assist in gathering data for various HR reports, audits, and metrics tracking.

Requirements

Proven experience in an HR or administrative support role is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels of an organization.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
