Sales Representative
Summary
RDNC is looking for a talented and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team. The Sales Representative is responsible for collaborating with buyers to ensure orders are properly delivered, merchandised, and priced. This role assists with customer needs, submits replenishment orders, and builds strong working relationships with account personnel.
In this role, you will
Assist customers with stocking shelves, resettling coolers, and creating displays for purchased products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Work with customers to identify areas where support is needed and provide assistance (e.g., will calls, POS deliver, etc.)
Place prices and descriptive signage on products
Check account inventory and submit replenishment orders to fill gaps
Prepare and maintain product displays
Accurately sort, label, and store goods
Maintain merchandising reports
Identify merchandising opportunities and present promotional activities/materials to improve store representation
Report competitive activity and pricing to your immediate supervisor
Cover open sales territory as needed (due to absence or vacation)
Work some nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required
