Why You'll Love This Role:

As an Open Enrollment Specialist, you'll be the face of our organization at Benefit & Health Fairs, Wellness Events, and Open Enrollment Meetings. You'll engage with employers, brokers, and members to educate them on our benefits and plan offerings-making complex information easy to understand and accessible.

What You'll Do:

Represent our brand at open enrollment events and fairs

Educate attendees on health plan options and benefits

Answer questions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution

Build relationships with employers, brokers, and prospective members

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, engaging personality with excellent communication skills

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or open enrollment preferred

Basic understanding of health insurance and HIPAA guidelines

Skills in benefit verification, prior authorization, and human resources

Strong attention to detail and data entry capabilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
