Description

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic healthcare environment. This is a 6-month onsite contract role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Outlook for calendar management - Experience supporting senior leadership (Directors, Sr. Directors, C-level executives) - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Professional demeanor and reliability in meeting deadlines and attendance Preferred Qualifications: - Background in hospitality or healthcare - Familiarity with calendaring software beyond Outlook - Interest and aptitude for learning new software tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
