Summary This position is located within the VA Financial Services Center (FSC). FSC provides help desk support to VA employees and to VA payroll and HR offices. The help desk primarily handles issues and concerns for the VA Time and Attendance System (VATAS) and the Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS). The incumbent will provide customer service, analyze payroll inquiries, and utilize a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. Duty locations will be determined upon selection.
