Performs fleet administration functions that support fleet accounting, legal, and fleet operations. Monitors the new vehicle repurchase programs for compliance. Manages the company management vehicle lease program. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.What You'll Do:- Monitor repurchase vehicle status, OEM acceptance, sign off, and payment.- Create reporting documents to share abstracted vehicle buy contract information to fleet accounting, fleet operations & legal teams.- Participate in monthly fleet receivable meetings to offer contract insights and reconcile accounts receivable.- Maintain a database of licensee vehicle orders to track, submit claims & collect administrative fees from our licensee partners.- Manage management vehicle lease program including new employees to the program, vehicle purchases & sales, amortization schedule creation, communicating with payroll.- Coordinate dealer stock vehicle purchases including communications with dealer, wire payment, transportation coordinating & confirmation of infleet.- Maintain dealer agreements, auction agreements, and limited powers of attorney.- Monthly and quarterly reporting on fleet administrative data to fleet accounting and finance- Ad hoc requests/reporting from management, regional offices and fleet processing departments.PerksYou'llGet:- Paid time off - 401K retirement plan with company matched contributions - Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance - Eligible toelectother voluntary benefitsincluding:Group Legal, Identity Theft, Insurance, FSA,additionallife insurance coverages - Contribute up to $260 as atax freebenefit for public transportation or parking expenses - Employee discounts, including discounted prices on purchase of Avis / Budget cars - Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service, and moreSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have formal supervision responsibilities.What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's Degree- Notary License & Certification preferred- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.- Database and Query knowledge a plus.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Travel RequirementsTravel is not required.Good-Faith Salary RangeThe annual starting salary for this position is between $65,700 - $85,000 annually.
