Now Hiring: Director of Sales - Wholesale Distribution (Plumbing Industry)

Remote | ?? Up to 75% Travel | $150K-$190K Base + 20-25% Bonus

Are you a seasoned sales leader with deep roots in the plumbing industry and a passion for driving growth through distributor networks? We're looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to lead national wholesale efforts, expand market reach, and build lasting relationships across the industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the expansion of our distributor network and strengthen relationships with existing partners.

Drive product placement into major retailers and showrooms such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Hajoca, and other key players.

Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to shape and execute sales strategies.

Manage and mentor a small sales team, including a field-based Sales Manager.

Leverage your industry rolodex to open new doors and increase purchase orders.

What You Bring:

10+ years of wholesale sales experience (plumbing industry highly preferred).

8+ years in leadership roles.

Proven success in scaling national distributor networks and managing large accounts.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Data-driven mindset with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Ability to navigate complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Willingness to travel extensively across the US, Canada, and Mexico (up to 75%).
