Job Description

Perform Quality Control assessments, Key Risk Indicator review, updating policy/procedures, root cause analysis on compliance defects, working with Business Line to resolve compliance related issues, creating compliance reports as needed Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. May supervise a team of project staff.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Locations: Minneapolis Minnesota, Knoxville TN, Earth City Missouri, and Overland park Kansas.

Will be expected onsite 3-days out of the week.

Start Date: Sept 8th, 2025

Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Thorough knowledge of project management

Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
