Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to support recruitment activities and enhance candidate experiences within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling tools.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate interview schedules and manage logistics to ensure a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams.

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely information and addressing inquiries related to interviews.

Create and maintain detailed reports on recruitment metrics such as candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and sources of employment.

Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, including job fairs and open house initiatives.

Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function.

Maintain a high level of customer service by building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Adapt to new scheduling tools and technologies to streamline workflows.

Perform administrative tasks to support recruitment activities and ensure operational efficiency. Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to follow-through.

High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Microsoft Teams.

Prior experience with scheduling tools, such as Yello, is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while managing individual responsibilities.

A minimum of one year of experience in administrative coordination or a related role.
