As an Account Manager I within PNC's Treasury Management Sales organization, you will be based in Denver CO or Chicago IL or Kansas City KS or Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX or Houston TX.
This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.
Responsibilities
Sales & Administrative Support:
o Provide direct support to the Treasury Management Real Estate (TMRE) sales team with an emphasis on administrative and sales support tasks.
o Assist in managing pipeline activity through data entry, updates, and reporting in EDGE.
o Prepare materials, including proposals, pro formas, pitch decks, presentations, and annual Treasury Reviews.
o Generate and maintain regular reports on pipeline, revenue, and calling activity to support business growth.
o Create and manage Excel models, trackers, and other reporting tools to ensure accuracy and visibility of performance.
Internal Coordination:
o Partner with internal Treasury Management teams (Product, Service and Implementations) to coordinate resources in support of revenue growth.
o Ensure client deliverables, approvals, and deadlines are aligned across teams.
o Help escalate issues internally, ensuring TMOs remain focused on client engagement.
Client Engagement Support:
o Provide administrative and follow-up support for client calls and meetings, including documentation of action items and preparation of presentation materials.
o Participate in calls as appropriate, supporting TMOs without owning client relationships.
o Maintain updated client and prospect information to support accurate reporting and consultative discussions.
Revenue Growth Enablement:
o Develop reporting, insights, and materials that highlight opportunities to drive revenue growth across the TMRE business.
o Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives that expand client relationships and increase revenue.
o Contribute to building stronger client relationships indirectly by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with a focus on reporting, data entry, and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, reporting) and Microsoft Office Suite; EDGE or similar CRM experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare polished client-ready materials.
Knowledge of commercial real estate industry and treasury solutions is a plus.
Job Description
Under direct supervision, works in support of assigned long-term client relationships. Provides sales or consultative support to clients and serves as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units. May participate in pricing and resource discussions and in developing the scope of service provided to existing and potential clients.
Serves as point of contact for client matters. May help identify and develop new servicing opportunities with existing clients to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship. Utilizes basic industry and PNC knowledge to inform customers of appropriate products/services, rates, and other opportunities.
Involved in negotiating servicing agreements and servicing fees for existing clients if contract modifications are needed. Will work with in-house counsel and clients on contract negotiations. This includes the review of the servicing agreements to ensure contract terms meet servicing guidelines.
Analyzes, assesses and documents client requirements. Forecasts and tracks key account metrics May identify customization needs, and work with service partners to implement.
Supports processes outlined in the contract and independently resolves challenges regarding implementation and production issues. Works towards finding the best solution to maintain a positive client relationship.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $96,600.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
