Responsible for owning and guiding the data strategy for the Enterprise Supply Chain Electronics & Electrical Products team. Drives the vision and roadmap of the Electronics Data Hub, a critical solution to centralize and standardize electronics supply chain data across Emerson.
This role sits at the intersection of data, supply chain, and electronics procurement, influencing how Emerson sources, tracks, and analyzes the supply chain for electronics components and electronics manufacturing services.
The Electronic Supply Chain Data Strategy Manager plays a meaningful role in understanding the complexities of the electronics supply chain, balancing partner needs within business units and enterprise electronics supply chain, and clearly communicating data management requirements to database and dashboard development teams.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Own the vision and roadmap for the Electronics Data Hub (EDH), with a focus on using data, including pricing, risk, lifecycle, and sourcing data, to generate actionable insights that support risk mitigation, strategic sourcing, and savings initiatives.
Understand and connect, structured and unstructured data sources across Emerson to support centralized, insightful reporting.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and consensus between business units, supply chain, IT, and digital supply chain ops
Define and lead processes that ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within the Data Hub to drive trust and adoption of EDH insights across stakeholders.
Guide development of dashboards and analytics that integrate multiple data sources to provide transparency into spend, cost drivers, lifecycle risks, pricing trends, and supplier sourcing strategies.
Translate high-level data strategy into actionable project and achievements, driving alignment from concept to delivery.
Implement data governance and maintenance practices to ensure long-term EDH reliability.
Zoom out and understand data structures, upstream / downstream dependencies, and overall systems architecture

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related degree required
3+ years electronics supply chain experience, preferably at an OEM or electronics manufacturing services contract manufacturer
Able to translate business requirements into clear, actionable direction for technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and program management skills
Ability to lead through influence and navigate a complex organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and the future
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
5+ years of proven experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering
Experience with electronics supply chain data
Experience within a large matrix organization, leading large scale and ambiguous projects
Exposure to programming tools and / or data cleansing solutions
Experience with business intelligence systems, preferably Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
