General Qualifications

1- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager

Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, project management, information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

PMP certification a plus but not required.

Understanding of SDLC, including agile and waterfall project management methodologies and the full project life cycle

Understanding/familiarity of AI & LLMs, the development of them is a plus.

Understanding/familiarity of cloud-based tools and architecture (like AWS and Azure) is a plus.

Ability to document technical requirements in a clean, concise manner.

Ability to communicate effectively and discuss projects with various stakeholders. Project Related Qualifications

Candidate will work on Next Best Offer (NBO) Program, where the Project Manager will drive projects within the program from start to finish.

Candidate will work with a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts who are the developers of the model solution for the NBO Program.

Create project plans and all necessary documentation for projects (RACI, BRD, TRD, RAID, Risk Register, etc.).

Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts, including Business Stakeholders, to understand project requirements and document those requirements.

Facilitate meetings for projects, including cross team collaboration meetings to create project alignment and keep progress moving forward.

Communicate regular status updates to project leadership and stakeholders, including known and identified risks, issues, or blockers
