Qualifications Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-13 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-12. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. EXPERIENCE: At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully perform the duties of this position. Specialized experience is defined as: Expertise in administering and supporting the Microsoft 365 platform across its core services-Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange. This includes managing user accounts, permissions, and licenses; configuring and maintaining collaboration tools; and ensuring secure, compliant access to cloud-based resources. Availability tracking, PowerApp-based reporting, and integration of collaboration services into enterprise-wide communication strategies. AND Basic Requirement (IOR): For this position, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
